Aligned with the focus
which words will draw into
the middle of worlds
between love and war
slender the needle
which opens the door

Come out of your hiding
each voice here is needed
the blossoming of
that which was seeded

where your face can be seen
dancing the song
of the earth
Through your feet.

Sunlight has filtered
through dark boughs of cedar
weaving long rays
of golden lit blades
piercing the innermost
limbs to discover
that sometimes what’s hidden
Can challenge the claim

However the matter
entailed attachment
resourceful the dreamer

I was listening to this closing my eyes, imagining my next painting.. something I’m feeling called to do after many years of sticking to pencil. And I suddenly thought, I want to add a bee enjoying the flowers! I saw it clearly in my mind- it was the perfect final touch. I pick up my phone at 1:52 to see the time, and realized the video featured honey bees the whole time I was imagining the bees. 🐝
