Of course Alyssa's outfits were incredible, I believe she is the richest and most famous contestant in the cast. She has more money and contacts to spend in one international competition like this. This is not negative, it's great for her, but we have to keep it real, the others don't have the same resourses.

There has definitely been a language barrier since the first season. As a Puerto Rican, I've always had sympathy for the queens from the Island. They become jokes because of their limited grasp of English (see: Yara Sofia and Jessica Wild). I'm sure the queens have thicker skin than I do, but it annoys me a bit to see that.

Knowing who’s going to win the season from the first episode is the antithesis of entertainment.

Honestly GAS should have been more like AS7 - no eliminations, the editing to make everyone look as good as possible, it should have been a CELEBRATION, instead it just looks bad. They send home people without good reason, they have an american judging panel because our elder grag queen can't handle the thought of other drag queen judges being there. And to anyone with working vision the season is biased for rugirls to do well or at least get the most airtime.

Alyssa is a legend but to me her package mostly stands out for being expensive, kween's package is great, Kitty has brought garments and worn them to the best of her abilities.

And Nehellenia is doing her best and hopefully winning this thing.

I’m so glad there’s a separate clip reel of their comments about GAS. When I watched the whole episode of the podcast and at the end they started talking about this, I was like YES! I had been thinking all along that it’s very skewed against ESL queens and all of the online backlash that I’ve seen since GAS started, shows many others agree. Even though Katya is Caucasian, she’s very worldly and has always been interested in language, so she totally get it when it comes to understanding how unfair it is to the ESL queens. It should’ve been the non elimination format for the whole season of GAS. As much as I’m usually not a fan of having an entire season be non elimination, I would’ve loved to see the runway packages of the international queens and see their interpretation of the various runway categories from the unique points of view. I definitely don’t think production anticipated some of the disappointment fans have expressed on social media.

Honestly I feel like if they do another season of Global All Stars if they wanna keep Snatch Game they should make it a no elimination week. It’s really fun to see but there is NO way it can ever be fair when you have people who didn’t grow up in America and/or aren’t natively fluent. It’s really fun to see but it’s just not fair for a competition like this man

Everybody keeps saying "ESL". Remember, in many countries English is more a third, fourth or even later language that you might learn. So hats off to all of them. The only way forward would be that every season would be hosted in another language. Start with Spanish and send a contestant from Puerto Rico. And leave RuPaul on his ranch, free Raven!
