Home-made Blend of Herbs with the Ingredients from My Garden

When I cook, I always use herbs. For me they are a good way to enhance the taste and open up some shades of it. Hence, it means that it is incredibly hard for me to find the right blend on the market. When you can't find something suitable for you, do it yourself, right?
And here I am with the most aromatic and incredibly simple blend of mine that I can't stop using. What is more, I am 100% certain of the ingredient list and the quality of it because everything I use was grown and harvested by my own hands.

When you make pickles from the garden [ In salt, fermented ] save all the spices, garlic and grape leaves and dry them. Then grind for an incredible salty spice. You can even dry some pickles by slicing thin to go with this. It is easy in California where we have so much sunshine.

Hello my love 💕, what a beautiful and relaxing Clip, I love your beautiful Hard-working hands 😻😍💓🥰, very interesting how you planted all the ingredients, you saw them grow, and then cut them in little pieces and waited the long process to dry them up,
Wow I'm astonished to see How wonderful woman you're,

So you could make a blend just for soups or just for potatoes or just for steak or chicken. Brilliant.

Thank you Katsiaryna for sharing this, I can see how this recipe would enhance any dish.
The herbs and spices here are very expensive so something like this is most worthwhile.
And I think it's great that all the ingredients are from your garden too, so cool! Take care,
much love, Rory.

Great video. Nice to see how it's done. Will certainly have to give it a go with all the herbs we have. Hope you've recovered from the fig sap burns. All the best 🇬🇧.

Could you please try to do more videos about Belorussian life and culture? I subscribed to a woman in Bulgaria as well, but all she does is talk about her garden.
Herbs and flowers and stuff are fine, but I really want to know about the culture and there are very few English channels by Belorussian people. Thanks 😊

Really nice home-made blend of herbs! I must try it, as it is very useful to cook tasty soups or even meat. Then the conservation must be long. Thank you very much for this beautiful video and wish you a nice weekend.

Catherine Terehova that looks great I bet is smells wonderful just to open it. So I had an idea, oh, nice kitty, very pretty, What if you could speed up the drying process by having something like a cloth tea bag, but instead of tea inside it would be rock salt? Rock salt absorbs moisture out of the air as a desicant. It would not contaminate the food, and for a few times a day maybe your could wipe the excess water from the top lid. I think this would shave a day or two off of your drying time. Also use the power of the sun to help or maybe an indoor fan. Love to see you having fun.
