i agree with everything you said except the parts about "it's still creepy if they are above the age of 18 cause of the power imbalance of him being famous". so are you trying to say that no famous person/celebrating is ever allowed to have a relationship with a non famous person without it being creepy? that just doesnt make sense.

Actually you can use oh they lied about their age as an excuse because uh they tell you their age so you think that’s their age which makes it legal

It was one person who lied about their age and sent him sexual content first and flirting with him. After a while the “adult” revealed himself as a 16 year old and pinned the blame on James. That was his side and, frankly, the more plausible side of this story because people will take extreme measures to harm people for no reason. Please consider both sides of the story next time instead of the side of a lady sitting in her car trash talking celebrities.
