My close friend who stays with me in my pg is working on solidwork and have a experience of only 1.8 years and earning a salary of 60k yes sixty thousand. In this 1.8 years he changed 2 companies and now in 3rd company he is getting 60k. Started from 25k in banglore now in gurgaon he is getting 60k

I have a 3years of experience in CAD/CAM ENGINEER I know software like autocad, solidwork, creo and powermill, ryt now my salary in around 25k and recently I got a offer for 35k in hand at R&D in PSU SECTOR as a contract (project basis) remote area and other company offer me 30K in hand In R&D at noida. I choose 30k offer. Because they are providing me work life balance Monday to Friday .. yearly bonus of 12 percent and other benefit .. and I think noida company is providing me better opportunities for my future growth .
