the thing about dale is that he really was a military airborne paratrooper and he has said before that his advice should only be taken in a situation where you have no other options. Like if you were held at gunpoint on the street and asked for your wallet, the smartest thing to do is slowly hand over your wallet and try to run away, but if you know for sure that the gunman will shoot regardless of your cooperation then his advice can be useful. All of his videos are meant to be a last resort but thats in regard to his firearm defense. His hand to hand combat.... could use some work to say the least
