FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says temperatures will be warmer on Monday with highs in the lower 70s. Rain moves in, though, as it gets dark Monday evening. Temperatures will drop again by Tuesday, with highs back in the 60s and lows in the 40s across much of the Bay Area.
