I am developing a business plan because I am looking to do a start up in a small town with the hopes of expanding my properties to near by counties. Long term, I want to learn how to effectively write a business plan so I can prepare financing, a work team, possible investors etc, for a major project in about 5 years. The first business’s profit, ideally, will help fund the second project. I just need to be able to visualize it, see it, put it on paper, and execute it.
