Thanks for the effort, but these steps did not work for me. I have build 23550. There are no updates to this available as of 9/27. My region is the United States
I notice that every time I reboot, my IsUserEligible property in the registry gets set back to zero. I can set it to 1 all I want, but it will go back to 0.

Does it have ATTS engine with voice recognition? Like Google, Siri, or Alexa? I'm otherwise, can it speak to us using a chosen voice? And if so, can it have continuous conversation? Like chatGPT with a spoken audible voice? That's what the people want. As close to AGI that we can get, the thing to be able to do things we want, even if those things are containing of performing multiple tasks with various choices to be decided, all by the AI assistant. We want it to talk to us. Do stuff, but not just play music or open a music app. It needs to be even called of at least 'SEEMING' to be autonomous and have a mode where we can enable something like 'Auto Co-Pilot' so it'll make decisions on it's own according to saved data about the users usage. IF opted in by the user of course. That'd be nice.
