Have a place outside of Fredricksburg!! They are putting in tons of special little tents, cabins, tree houses, etc. All over the place. It used to be a very small and sleepy town, now, it's a mass tourist destination. It reminds me of the show Yellowstone, we were alone in the country, and suddenly we're surrounded by millionaires on vacation wanting a "destination"...
