You should definitely look into setting up the system like PARA (projects, areas, resources/topics, archive). I would also recommend to set up some primary databases like tasks and you can resurface them by linking to the tasks but previewing them in the day way, and also the color coding you could apply tags instead. All these would make it more flexible and easier to schedule, move around and provide views based on your needs, prioritization etc.

I do a lot the same except I don't make a folder called "Desktop" because it's already a default folder on a Mac. I just call mine "Misc" lol. Great vid 👌
