out of 23 lakh students at least 10 lakh students must ask for" NO RE NEET" but 20 lakh students are asking for "RE NEET" you must have any fair data "no" then ask for the whole 23 lakh students and then the decision will be completed (can anyone explain why and where to use multiple choice questions ? !!!)
