GaP 110 crystals 5x5mm 100 micron thickness for electro-optic detection of terahertz

Examples of use by our customers:
We plan to use this crystal as a detector of terahertz fields, using electro-optic sampling technique.
Our terahertz pulses are expected to be of relatively high electric field (~100 kV/cm); 1 kHz rep. rate; broadband (0-10THz) and of about 1 ps pulse duration.
Our gating pulse will be from a Ti-Sapphire amplified system; 800 nm; 35 fs; 1 kHz rep rate; ~100 uJ pulse energy.
