Surely in the second part of the sequence question, the formula for the sequence of denominators can just be done by inspection as they are just the first few square numbers! The volume of cone B is 2513 cubic cm strictly speaking.

Sir for question 19 b can i just state that the surface area of cone times k squared = the surface area of cone b then as we know the surface area of cone b is 4 times greater than cone a surface area. k must be equal to two. then cant we work out k cubed which must be 8. so we time sthe volume of cone a by 8 to get the volume of cone b. will this be enough working to get full marks?
