I love the way she appreciates her dancers

Sometimes standing still and just being can be impactful and powerful, and I appreciate she did that in the beginning. I used to practice martial arts with my young students on the beach, and after practice, I had them stand far apart facing the ocean and quiet. 10 minutes. Afterwards we would sit together in silence, 5 minutes. Afterwards, allowed to speak, one young student said “that was so spiritual”. 😮🥰☺️ #theygotit
