I always struggle at the contraction part, it might be because of tight shoulders and mid back? But it's difficult to touch my chest with adequate weight, whether it's pull down or rows. However, my lats have improved ever since i made changes, like i use neutral grip pull down and i feel them while pulling.

This is an interesting concept although I'm happy with my back development doing the full range of motion but imagine if we only did the extended portion of exercises how complete would our physiques be🤔 and like I argued with some listeners on Helms podcast, why are all bodybuilding poses pretty much shown in the peak contraction and when you want to show your lower lats and erectors you emphasize that peak contraction?
