The interview question, WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS, will come during your next interview – most people think it’s an easy question to answer, but they are wrong. If you don’t answer this question in a specific way, you will fail your interview!

Therefore, if you have an interview coming up soon for any role or company, stay tuned because I promise to help you pass at the very first attempt!

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL AND GIVE THE VIDEO A LIKE. THANK YOU! 🙏 😊

OK, to help you pass your job interview and be the standout candidate, I will teach you the following 3 things in this tutorial:
#1. I will explain WHY the hiring manager is asking you the question, WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS? There are two reasons why they will ask you this question, and you need to know what they are to pass your job interview.

#2. I will then give you 2 top-scoring, easy-to-remember answers to the interview question, WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS, and all you have to do is choose which answer option you think is the strongest.

To begin with, let me tell you the TWO REASONS why the hiring manager is asking you the interview question, WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS?
Please take notes:

REASON #1, why they are asking you the interview question WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS, is because they need to be sure your strengths MATCH THE JOB DESCRIPTION.

The job description will list what is called ESSENTIAL CRITERIA. Within the set criteria will be certain STRENGTHS the employer is looking for from the ideal candidate. Match your strengths with the job description’s strengths, and your chances of passing will skyrocket.

REASON #2, why they are asking you the tough question, WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS, is because they want to find someone with strengths that will ADD VALUE to their team. This is important…

For example, a strength such as being FRUGAL with supplies and resources will help the company save money. A strength where someone is CREATIVE or GOOD AT POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA can help a company attract more customers, which will increase sales.

And just before I give you those 2 great answers, here’s a really important tip for answering the interview question, WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS?
I recommend giving 4 strengths in your answer – the first 3 strengths can match the job description, but the fourth strength should be one that ADDS VALUE to the company, preferably from a monetary perspective.

Let me now give you two brilliant example answers to the question WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS?
Please tell me in the comments section below the video which answer option, one or two, you think is the strongest. Here we go!

Hi Richard, can you please advise me. I am applying for a job and they have specifically requested that applicants should state three reasons why they should be hired. Would you say setting my strengths will be the best approach. It's a job in the NHS and I really want this opportunity to be shortlisted fr an interview and get the job thereafter
