Can agree with feeling just overall better when doing more so hands on type of hobbies. There is something about feeling the textures that ground you and bring you into looking at what is actually in front of you.

While I haven’t made a doll. I do have a doll that I enjoy sitting with, dressing up, making small knickknacks for, and making clothes for.😊
