Omg, I have the same anxiety! I didn’t know other people worry about getting stuck in a carwash drive thru(?) too. My anxiety presents as feeling like I need to pee and leave, not knowing it’s my flight response kicking in 😢

I only go to car washes where you drive up, car tire gets hooked to let it thru, you leave and wait in the cashier’s office to pay, and pick it up later.
