Very nice walk through.
My wife drives a 2023 Touring model. If the Sport was available when we purchased ours, i definitely would have considered it. Im happy with the power train. It's not super powerful, but it's more than adequate for the type of vehicle it is and its roll in Hondas lineup. The NA V6 is one of the main features I was looking for in our new vehicle. Im not a huge fan of small 4cyl turbos in larger vehicles.

Would love to see which Honda Pilot trim is the most luxurious of the trims, Elite? or is it called Elite Touring? Since I believe the Pilot frame shares with the MDX frame, wonder if I could save money and buy the comparable Pilot trim vs. the MDX advance trim. I just love the exterior look of the MDX Advance though, but love the pilot's use of for example, looks like the pilots seats are full cushion and don't have the backs as a plastic material like the MDX has. Your videos have helped so much!

Good video. I hear (Scotty Kilmer) that the new 2025 6 cyl engine has cylinder deactivation for better gas mileage. If so, can that be deactivated ? Cylinder deactivation has been tried unsuccessfully before by other companies (one eg Cadillac).... BIG failure.

How can you tell what gear you're in? Automatics never tell you the gearing. I love the Pilot overall, but I think it's too expensive. The Sport at $40 k or so doesn't have all the features of a fully appointed Accord Touring. The popularity of the Pilot will continue to keep prices high though.
