So this is actually a real thing known as “latchkey incontinence” and as Trixie was saying is basically a Pavlovian response. Essentially your brain learns over time to associate coming home, with peeing (lots of people have to pee the whole drive home and just hold it) which leads to your brain telling your bladder it’s time to pee every time you come home. Regardless of whether your bladder is full or not
