Web of Science - Journal Metrics

It demonstrates how to find journal impact factors, ranking and quartile information for journals using Web of Science. The steps outlined in the video are as follows:

2) Select Journal Citation Reports from the links at the top of the page.
3) Click the arrow next to Select Categories to expand the category section.
4) Select the required categories from the list by ticking the box next to the category name. You can select an individual or multiple categories.
5) Click the Submit button.
6) The page will be updated to display the journals that match your cateogry selection, ordered by Journal Impact Factor.
7) To see the quartiles for individual journals, click on the journal title to open the Journal Profile page.
8) Scroll down and click Rank to display rank and quartile information by year.
Please note that journals may be in different quartiles depending on the subject category.
