FandPLimitTool - Part I: Localization Accuracy

The FandPLimitTool is a GUI based software module that allows users to calculate the limits of the accuracy with which parameters can be estimated from single molecule imaging data. The limits are obtained using the Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CRLB). The software is written entirely in MATLAB and is freely available for download.
