Addicks and Barker Dam Safety Program Video Introduction

Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Galveston District (USACE)

Purpose: Crouch Environmental Services, Inc. (CESI) created this educational video to inform the public about efforts led by the USACE to improve structural and operational safety at the Addicks and Barker Dams in Harris and Fort Bend Counties, Texas. This video was presented at a series of well-attended public information meetings in February 2010. CESI's communications strategy and public outreach efforts were recognized as setting the "National Best Practice" by the USACE in 2010.
