He used to wear blue contacts when he did his makeup. He doesn't use them as much anymore for people that are confused. That is why the blue eye is on the "way he used to do makeup" and the brown eye is the makeup he does NOW. (Also helps to show the two sides)

For everyone confused about his eyes: Yes, they're different colors. He is wearing a contact to get a blue eye because he always used to wear contacts.
