Moonstone Island sold fairly well on pc last year, receiving mostly positive reviews. It's more of a monster taming RPG with some cozy gameplay features.

This looks amazing! Stardew Valley set the bar so high. I love that this game has many of those same elements I'm seeking, but also really stands out. I see more depth in conversation options, party building, and combat, thar all look so good. And the art is gorgeous!
