I found this meditation quite by accident, or maybe not. Over the last few days I have been having night tremors. I have a lot of issues with panic, anxiety, and depression. It seems as if everything that is going on in the world, is finally taking quite a toll on me. I have been in total isolation since February, because of the virus. Last night when I woke up with the start of the tremors, I found thus meditation. It really did help me. I will be using it from now on. Please pray for me, that I can overcome this issue, and regain some peace and calm in my life. Bless you all and Mother Earth💕

Thank you for this. It's been comforting and a lifesaver for me and in hopes for Gregg. My best friend and partner in life is fighting covid since 11/30 and on 12/4 he went to ER. He is in ICU and struggling with his lungs to hold his oxygen levels.
