What can also help is to breakdown each of those things into mini things, which can ease the burden. For example: if one of the things is pack a suitcase for a holiday, break it down into a list types of clothes you'll need. Socks, boxers, trousers, shirts etc. I find this stops me just staring at the wardrobe wondering what to start with first. Cross off each item as you go.

Stop talking about me! 😂 I should definitely try that. I’m often “stuck”. The problem is that I’m pretty sure I’m also ADHD and writing a list might not get done. I’ll try writing things down and get back to you. One thing I do know is that the only way to get me moving when I’m stuck is to put music on.

I just got reamed out by someone experiencing this kind of overwhelm. Actual screaming! I did not respond. She thinks I don’t care.
