Hello from the UK. 🇬🇧 My brother is restoring a Bantam, our Grandad owned a lot of classic British bikes, a Bantam being the last one he had. Nice workshop you have. I have to say I am surprised you only have 17 subscribers. Well, you have one more now.

All the best, Carl.

Hi Tony, I came over to see what your doing, not really familiar with the Bantam's, but Im a motorcycle junkie, mostly 2 strokes. Dean over at Retromeccanica is working on one, and he plugged your channel, so here I am enjoying your content. I also have a channel were I work on 60's and 70's Japanese 2 stroke dirt, and enduro bikes. I am enjoying your series on the Bantam. Really was not aware that BSA ever made 2 strokes. I am learning a lot, thanks for taking the time to pass your expertise along. Good luck with your channel brother.

Just out of interest, what would a ball park figure be for an engine rebuild D3 Bantam Major?. Engine is fully stripped, bearings, oil seals out. New bearings, oil seals, drive sprocket, timing chain, casing screws and clutch plates from Rex Caunt racing (purchased prior to finding out about Aus Bantams). Would probably need a barrel and piston as both are scored and I believe the barrel is already +60. Carb in great condition. Would also need one of your special ignition sets. Maddog Melbourne.
