Day 27: mow at normal height again
I'm now at like day 30 and I'm gonna mow at normal height when I get around to it.

Reverse the height, first cut second highest mower will go and side then mulch one notch higher. As long as you don’t mow fast for the first cut it always comes out clean and the second cut . Great videos

Don't forget to balance blade when sharpening it so you don't wear out crank bearings

Question when you set your front tires at 3 are the back tires also set at 3 I have Toro brand from home depot but the back tires are bigger then the front so I’m looking at it like it looks like a little hot rod

Just curious if it went a little yellow after a day or two? Mine always seems to lose colour and go a little yellow if it’s overgrown and I cut it, even on the highest setting. Thanks!!

It rained every other day a couple times then 4 days in a row of constant rain varying from sprinkling to down pour, lawn is insane now🙃

What I do ( cutting knee high grass)
1: hack it down with a weedeater
2: raise the deck to the highest setting
3: remove the mulch cover from side discharge and mow
4: with the same height, put the bag on and mower it again
5: lower it a few levels again and mulch it
6: 1 week later mow at normal height but bag it
7: return to normal height and mulch

You can clean the under side of the deck by hooking the hose to the wash port of the left side of the mower and then put it as low as it can go

I swapped a razor sharp blade onto my mower, Friday -- huge improvement for the tall grass!
