IMO this is worth it for people who have a lot of cash. I think they are hoping to make a profit off people with small accounts who are desperate. If you have a 1k account and take a 1k margin investment that’s hypothetically not interest free. And throw the 1k into a 9% dividend yield account. You’d make 90$ and would pay 60$ and would pay another 60$ for the membership for the year. Again just a hypothetical situation.

Forget the 4.25% and instead use $1000 margin and put it in SGOV!
