Couldn't agree more. And I love the way she shares the screen here with at least some performers whom I imagine are non-professionals, her generosity just draws them out. This is important film, not so much because the character eventually turns a corner, but because it illustrates and humanises the struggle of her disease so well. It's very moving.

I read the book which came out in 2015. It was very good.
