Bodybuilding Champion and multiple Mr Olympia winner Phil Heath demonstrates the Seated Row using a Rope attachment. This is a great variation of the traditional exercise as it allows a greater range of motion and better contraction.

Heath was a pro basketball player up until 2002 when he switched hats to become a competitive bodybuilder. Since then Heath has proved to be one of the best in the game, continuously winning titles in Mr Olympia, Arnold Classic and more.

Phil seems like a really nice guy and every video I ever seen of him he truly tries to make people understand why he does things. A lot of other people just say do this for back etc, but I find it's really important at understanding why and Phil does a great job at explaining

I am blown away! Never tried rows with a rope but I have always felt that I wasn't getting 100% contraction with most attachments...I'm trying this!
