I so enjoyed this video! You had me feeling your feelz and lmbo! Hell yeah to weightlifting and ditching diet culture!!! I used to be obese and so ill. I took up weightlifting, which led to powerlifting, dropped 65#, and am healthy and thriving. 💪🏼👏🏻👏🏻 It’s never too late either. I am currently 50 years old and am in the best shape of my life.
