Whirlwind can crit up to infinity / Billions of Damage with Violent Whirlwind, Shouts & Wrath of the Berserker. To maintain Fury with WW use Fury Cost Reduction on your Boots and Amulet as well as Resource Generation on your Rings. This still seems way too strong and basically makes ever other Barb build crumble in comparison.
