Thank you for posting this. I was fighting with my mandoline slicer for about 15 minutes until I came across your video. You may have saved me a trip to the ER from having a stroke or cutting my fingers off trying to figure it out on my own. ;)

Super helpful. I've used my mandolin a handful of times but only use the regular slicer. I have never switched the blades. I find it hard to figure how to put everything together after washing too.
I wanted to make some sweet potato fries and so that's why I came looking for a video to show how to use the mandolin and put the blade in.
I think you sound like you're teaching a kid a Little bit and that's fine because honestly with things like this I need to be instructed to like I'm a kid, I need detailed repetition for my 55 year old brain. 😂.

I thank you for showing us the basics of how to use it. Especially since you dont work for the company and show some obnoxious professionally made video that uses a nicer set of blades and edits out any fails. So in that department I'm extremely thankful because its extremely difficult to find any videos like that for this product. The only thing I wish you wouldve done differently is shown how to use all the different blades. It would be nice if you could make more videos of you using your mandoline slicer for various things and dont edit any mistakes out just be honest and let things unroll. Either way thanks for the video
