Preparation is key, but fear not, as it's now streamlined. All you'll need are your armor, weapon, med gun, ammo, and a ship. Optionally, turn it into a loot goblin run with an empty SCU container for maximum gains.

Head to Hurston and keep an eye out for the elusive "mission name" to appear on your mobi glass. Grab it swiftly as it tends to have a short acceptance window. While solo runs are possible, consider bringing a friend along for the ride!

My friend and I were trying to get this mission to pop for quite a while. He says he's learned that we need to get our Merc rep up to level 4 for this mission to spawn.

I have run this mission over a dozen times and I have yet to find that dammed civilian with the chest piece!

So as I understand all these cool armors and loot gatherings and in-game purchases can just be gone patch.
So is there a point to getting all this until accounts start perpetually saving them to your account's inventory?

I don't find this kind of mission in mercenary tab, do I need to have a minimal reputation with hurston security for that? I'm level 2 reputation with them...
