Really fine interview with Nick. He is v well read on all fronts. I would have loved to hear his opinion on the possible ultimate control of silver and gold. Especially silver. Buy farmland and sell produce for the coming shortage. A lot of small farms can offset the closures of large ones and the land value always goes up.

In New Zealand the government has just imposed more emissions costs on farmers. The result will be more farm land retired to be converted to Forests for carbon credits (usually by overseas investors so the benefit will not go to NZ) and stock numbers will have to be reduced. The announcement of this policy was accompanied by statements that food will increase in price in NZ. Our farmers produce high quality food for over 40 million people most of which is exported. So the co ordinated take down of modern society continues.

Fertilizer is needed when the land is not allowed to replenish naturally.
For centuries, fertilizer was not needed when farmers used the "traditional" farming techniques by rotating fallow parcels into use.
About one-third of the land each year lay fallow by rotation.
But noooo.... we must use every square inch of arable land for maximum profit.

I agree with your guest that TA for gold and silver is constantly changing based on some BS narrative. The 21 linear regression charts for paper gold and silver are both trending positive suggesting a ST bottom of 1634 (lowest LBMA fix) is in. My dart board confirms to BUY physical, too! :)
