Princess Kate has released an 'emotional and personal' message about her health

The message released by the princess is reflective as she informs the public that she has now completed her chemotherapy treatment, and says the "time has reminded her to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things".

I watched my sister die from cancer. It's a terrible burden on any family, even more so when they are in the public eye. I hope and pray for a permanent remission for this graceful and brave lady, and her family.
