Youtube Changed Monetization Rules 2018 (Bad News for Small YouTubers)

Youtube has changed the monetization rules on January 16 in 2018.
This will heavily affect for the small youtubers. Now youtubers need 4000 hours of watch time within 12 months and 1000 subscribers to enable monetization. For the existing channels who enable monetization and don't fit in to this criterias need to meet them with in 1 month. This is the worst news for small youtubers and they need to try their best to make quality videos and should succeed this goal.
