Everyone wants six pack abs but rarely does anyone ever achieve this monumental task. One reason is exercise selection sit ups, crunches, ect are only working the upper part of your abdominals while neglecting the lower part of them. Another reason most people don’t have six pack abs is because there body fat is too high and there abs are covered in fat. How does the saying go everyone has a six pack it’s just under all the fat lol. Ok my point is you have to have low body fat to have six pack abs otherwise forget about it. In the video I demonstrate the number one best exercise to perform to develop your abdominal muscles to form that killer six pack!! Hanging leg raises works out all your abdominal muscles and hits the obliques as well it is the best exercise to do for abs without question. It is a pretty hard move though from a dead hang you raise your legs up using your abdominal muscles then slowly lower the legs back down under control with no rocking. Put hanging leg raises into your normal exercise routine and in a couple weeks you will notice some ab gains and will be that much close to the perfect six pack abs!!!
