Because Jaguar has made NO significant improvements or changes to the the 2020 I-Pace which I own, I can give you a quick review of the iphone4 of EVs. It charges pathetically slow. It takes literally twice as long to 100% as a Audi E-Tron. Even though it has a reasonably large battery (90 kwh) it has poor efficiency. In warm months, you won't even get 180 miles of highway driving. You may get over 210 miles of in-town driving. In the winter, all bets are off. Range drops significantly. The infotainment system (even though there have been improvements since 2020) is slow, redundant and cumbersome. The rear window is too small and has no wiper. The posts rising from the chassis to the roof adjacent to the windshield are large and block views. Even though the regenerative braking is good, it is not strictly one pedal driving. You must tap the brake pedal to lock in the car in place if you are facing uphill. If you are facing downhill, you must use keep your foot on the brake at all times or it will roll downhill (gravity sucks). The brake pedal is very "grabby" and piss-poor. And did I mention how slowly it charges and how crappy the range is? lol The good stuff: It is beautiful. It is comfortable. It drives like a dream and is very quiet. Acceleration is more than brisk. For a 5000# car, it handles very well. I should've waited two more years before I went "EV". The market is being inundated with quality, fast charging, stylish EVs which technologically leave the 2023 I-Pace a HARD NO and Jaguar/Land Rover's move into all electric will spell the demise of the company I predict.
