The Forth Bridge was opened in 1890. It's a Scottish iconic bridge, known as the most famous of cantilever designs in the world. The world's first major steel structure. It holds the record as the world’s longest cantilever bridge.

This Bridge is the sixth World Heritage site in Scotland.
