WordPress Tips Ep 2 - How To Enable Replace Media Items

Hi, thanks for your videos... I'm having problems using Wordpress importer, but just only with media content. I could use it to import my pages and post but when trying media tells me error importing media... that's why tried with this plugin but also without success, any idea? thanks in advance
