Hi California government, Want to end drought in CA? You’re great at nanny laws. Have a nanny law that every homeowner, realty establishment and corporation harvests water. First requirement is that the tech for keeping that water remaining safe(safe enough to drink) for extended periods of time, to use in harvest containers and such safety materials provided by the government.
