I would have thought that the multiple breeches of the treaty of union by Westminster gives our elected representatives the right to suspend the union pending a confirmatory referendum held under Scots law. I'm pretty sure the international courts would agree. Why don't we ask them?

It should be put forward to the Scottish Parliament Now, If it good for England, Then Now is time Break free of London Rule, It's A Declaration of Separation from the UK. NO referendum's as the Tories keep tell us all " We had one" Yeah Now we want to leave and Join the EU, and Take the Euro.
