Nice! I'm so excited to see them. I'm hoping for some watercress. Haven't had that when I was young and not too many stores have it.

It is one of the three essential fines herbes of French cooking (the other two are parsley and chives).

The first time I encountered this fine herb was in a nice restaurant in Ireland... sprinkled on my dessert! I asked the waitress why there was parsley on my dessert. I'm sure the chef bust a gut laughing. I love chervil fresh, sprinkled on eggs just before serving. Thanks for this video.

My mom made Chervil soup. I remember eating it as a child. I have some seeds.
