Chervil, Possibly The Toughest Annual Herb I Have Grown!

I love growing herbs and Chervil has to be one of the toughest annual herbs I have grown! Here is an article from Gardener's World that goes more into detail on how to grow this beautiful little herb!

It is one of the three essential fines herbes of French cooking (the other two are parsley and chives).

The first time I encountered this fine herb was in a nice restaurant in Ireland... sprinkled on my dessert! I asked the waitress why there was parsley on my dessert. I'm sure the chef bust a gut laughing. I love chervil fresh, sprinkled on eggs just before serving. Thanks for this video.

My mom made Chervil soup. I remember eating it as a child. I have some seeds.
