The video depicts a man (D. Glover) that is painfully aware of the state of the world and its imminent demise.

Meanwhile the popular artists of today act as if there are no problems and are only concerned with the facets of life that are meaningless.

As he walks, glover can only look on at them and wonder how they maintain blissful (or willful) ignorance.

He could run to every person he sees and shout the truth to them and try to urge them to change. But he knows they won't. It would be a meaningless mission.
