yes there is a 100% chance it will get deleted, BUT it also says that you can get your account deleted for intentionally buying items that you know will be deleted for the refund.

u forgot to mention that people who upload can scam you by achiving it(removing the textures) to avoid deletion so they keep the robux and you dont get your refund.

No you won't get a refund bc they gonna make it off sale and when Roblox delete it you wont get a refund the refunded credit will say 0 robux
