Johns is too young to know what it was like in the 70s, when Qld was not allowed to field the best team because the cream of our crop had moved to Sydney teams. If they were not selected in Blue, they didn't become available for the Maroons, yet we were still mocked and insulted afterwards by southern pundits who well knew that the odds were stacked. I love that Johns is feeling the pain again. 8 years in a row, and now 13 of the last 17. Take THAT, Blosers.
